We are based in Roebuck and work across Spartanburg County, Laurens County, most of Greenville County and the northern part of Anderson County. Easley is about our western limit and Gaffney about our northeastern one. If you are not sure whether you are inside that, call and ask — it takes a minute to figure out.
No. Hauling equipment across the state line means going through a DOT inspection, and that time comes out of the working day. We keep our machines in South Carolina.
No. Estimates are free, and there is nothing to sign to get one. If we come out and decide the job is not a good fit for us, we will tell you that and it still will not cost you anything.
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We generally do not work weekends. If a job genuinely requires it we will talk about it, but it is not how we normally schedule.
Both. We do residential property, farms and smaller commercial jobs. Right now we are focused on jobs in that range rather than large-scale commercial contracts, so if you have a house lot or a few acres, you are exactly who we are set up for.
Us. There are four people in this company — Michael, his son Marshall, and two men who have been with Michael for a long time, one of them for over 25 years. We do not hand jobs off to subcontractors and disappear.
Cash, check, or credit card. Cards run through QuickBooks.
Yes. Michael has been doing tree work in the Upstate for about twenty-five years and still runs Eastern Tree Service. Eastern Land Solutions is focused on clearing, stumps, excavation and grading, but trees come with that territory and we can handle them as part of the job.
Probably, and you should get a text back. When the crew is running equipment the phone does not always get heard. Leave a message or send a text and someone will get back to you.
It depends on the property, and any company that gives you a number over the phone without seeing it is guessing. Size, slope, what is growing on it, how big the trees are, how much material has to leave the site and how close we can get equipment to the work all move the price. That is why we come look, and why looking is free.
